The Role
Are you highly organised with a flair for writing and a sharp eye for detail? Join our Bid & Proposal team as a Commercial Co-ordinator and play a key role in winning new business and retaining valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing
• Coordinating and managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered on time
• Creating clear, concise, compliant and responsive customer-focused proposal content
• Managing renewals, contract updates, and submissions with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Working closely with internal teams to gather, align, and refine bid and proposal inputs
• Maintaining bid documentation, registers, and reporting tools, ensuring all materials are up to date
• Tracking bid and proposal progress and outcomes, contributing to reporting and revenue validation
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
About You

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in written content development
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
• A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial awareness and an interest in bid and proposal processes
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and digital skills, including document and data management
