As a well-established and highly successful organisation, GAP Group is undergoing an exciting technology-driven transformation, investing significantly in its digital platforms, systems and cyber security capabilities.
We have brand new opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager To lead and manage the organisation's cyber security function, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets. A core responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation of a Cyber Security Improvement Programme, which was defined as part of a recent Cyber Security Maturity Assessment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Serve as the Programme Led for the Cyber Security Improvement Programme, ensuring initiatives identified during the organisation's maturity assessment are delivered on time, within scope and to required quality standards
• Lead the development and maintenance of cyber security policies, standards and procedures aligned to recognised industry frameworks
• Oversee the management of security tools, technologies and platforms including monitoring, SIEM, endpoint protection, identity security and vulnerable management
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to implement security controls, processes and technology improvements
• Champion a culture of cyber security awareness across the

What We're Looking for
• Proven experience in a senior cyber security role, such as Cyber Security Manager or Security Lead
• Experience delivering cyber security improvement programmes of security transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
• Experience of managing third party suppliers
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent report writing skills
